The watch was retailed by Freccero in Uruguay South America. The watch is double signed on the black dial with raised rose gold hour markers and hands. A fine and sought-after Patek Philippe reference 544 in steel.

Condition:
Case: The case is in excellent over condition, especially for its age. There are no decay or rust that we can find. All of the case edges are sharp and have not had excessive ware. The finish has been detailed and looks fantastic with the original style of finish.
Dial: The dial is very good and has probably been restored in the past at some point. The dial has the long manufacture signature and the Uruguayan retailer Freccero. The indexes and hand are original and are rose gold in very good condition. Movement: Manual wind 18-jewel 12"-120 caliber movement and in excellent condition which has been recently serviced.
