This Patek Philippe model "45"JG early Tank style watch was made in 18K yellow & white gold. The hinged case measuring 35.5 x 26.5 mm with silver dial and applied white gold Breguet numerals. The watch is fitted with a 10"' line caliber movement #805181/605231. The watch was was sold by Gueblin with their signature on the back of the case. The watch is accompanied by its original gold crown.
