Introduction: Patek Philippe 2434J Large massive polished rectangular tank shape with flanged case. The watch is made in 18K yellow gold and measures 38x25mm, and is fitted with a 9"-90 caliber 18-jewel movement # 973909, case # 666256. The dial is silver white with raised gold indices and sub second hand. The watch is further accompanied with a black Patek Philippe alligator strap.

Date & Paperwork: The watch was made in 1948
Essay: The reference 2434 was produced from 1948 until at least 1956. The first were made with the caliber 9-90, with the second series being manufactured with the caliber 10-200. Our research shows that only 20 examples of this reference have turned up in the market.
