Patek Philippe 1479R (Drivers Watch) This watch was made in 1941 and sold in 1942. It is made of 18 karat Rose Gold and has a semi unique design to the case. Thick glass crystal, and diamond markers. To the best of our research there are only a small quantity of this reference. This example is in almost new condition. Still has very strong hallmarks.
