Cartier Paris Rose Gold Tonneau, Rare #44 of production. The watch measures 39 x 21mm (without crown). This is a large woman's watch. The watch has a guilloché dial with painted black Roman numerals, The watch is Triple signed, Dial movement and back of case. The watch is fitted with a manual wind 17-jewel Cartier movement and is accompanied with a light brown lizard strap.
Note: The rose gold edition was offered for a short period during the 1990's. Most were made in yellow gold. Notice that the rose is a blush instead of strong pink or red.
Very special because it is one of the few watches that were made in Paris France and not in Switzerland.
