Introduction:
This Vintage Cartier Paris Vendome watch is the extra large size, circa 1973-1976.  The watch is made in 18 Karat yellow and white gold and measures 34 mm.  The watch is fitted  with an 17-jewel manual wind movement.  The watch is further accompanied with a black croco calf strap and 18K Cartier vintage 18K Cartier Buckle. The watch is Triple Signed:  Dial, Case, Movement. Additionally, the watch comes with a one year movement guarantee.

We have a 16mm Cartier 18K signed Deployant buckle /clasp that is available for an additional cost of 2950.

Condition:  The watch is in overall great condition.  The watch appears to have been at Cartier service in Europe with a service dial.  The back shows signs of refinished signature and serial numbers.  

Essay:  This rare model is such a classic that anyone would recognize it and appreciate it.  It is like most of the early vintage Cartier collection it's emphasizes  it's understated elegance.
